AXA, one of the world’s largest insurance and financial services groups, used Intralinks for the IPO of AXA Equitable Holdings and the related concurrent Mandatory Exchangeable Bond Offering, raising combined proceeds of USD 4.0 billion.

California Earthquake Authority, one of the largest providers of residential earthquake insurance in the world, used Intralinks for its Ursa Re Ltd. (Series 2017 – 1) USD 925m cat bond for earthquake insurance. Swiss Re Capital Markets was sole structuring agent and bookrunner. Aon Securities was joint bookrunner.

Everest Re, a Bermuda-based reinsurance company, used Intralinks for its Kilimanjaro II Re Ltd. (Series 2017 – 1) USD 950m cat bond for North American named storm and earthquake risk. Aon Securities was sole structuring agent and bookrunner.
USD 400 million
Hanover Ruck SE, the third-largest reinsurance company in the world, used Intralinks on behalf of the Texas Windstrom Insurance Insurance Association for its Alamo Re Ltd. (Series 2014 – 1) USD 400m cat bond for Texas named storms. GC Securities was the sole agent and bookrunner.

PG&E Corporation, an American investor-owned utility, used Intralinks for its Cal Phoenix Re Ltd. (Series 2018 – 1) USD 200m cat bond for California wildfires. GC Securities was sole structuring agent and bookrunner.

Sompo Japan Nipponkoa Insurance, a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan’s Sompo Holdings, used Intralinks for its Aozara Re Ltd. (Series 2014 – 1) USD 100m cat bond for Japanese typhoons. GC Securities was sole structuring agent and bookrunner.

Tokio Millenium Re (Bermuda), a global, specialist reinsurer, used Intralinks for its Spectrum Capital Ltd. (Series 2017 – 1) USD 430m cat bond for North American perils. Aon Securities served as sole structuring agent and bookrunner.

Transatlantic Reinsurance Co., a leading international reinsurer, used Intralinks for its Bowline Re Ltd. (Series 2018 – 1) USD 250m cat bond for North American earthquakes and storms. Aon Securities was sole structuring agent and bookrunner.

The United States Automobile Association, a Texas-based Fortune 500 diversified financial services group, used Intralinks for its Residential Reinsurance Ltd (Series 2017 – 1) USD 425m cat bond for weather-related perils.
